Founder & Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
Rhiannon set up Boutique Exercise Physiology after graduating from Griffith University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sports Science and a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology. She then added a Diploma of Remedial Massage to her toolkit in 2015. Early on, she spent a couple of years in a busy sports physiotherapy clinic, honing her skills in injury rehab and performance coaching.
Since 2016, Rhiannon has worked in community health, leading Allied Health teams and designing programs for chronic disease management, injury prevention, and women’s health. She’s supported clients through NDIS, My Aged Care and DVA, tailoring each plan to fit their life and goals. A big fan of Pilates, she weaves in reformer and mat work to boost core strength and flexibility.
Becoming a mum of two in 2020 gave Rhiannon fresh insight into women’s health—and inspired her to pursue further study in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. Outside work, she’s a passionate runner (formerly triathlons, now marathons), always chasing a new personal best.
Whether someone’s aiming to bounce back after baby, manage chronic pain, train for a race or simply move better every day, Rhiannon brings evidence-based expertise and genuine care to help them get there.
Life-Changing Postpartum Support” “I started with Rhiannon six weeks after my second baby, feeling weak and unsure how to safely get back into exercise. Her exercise-physiology program was exactly what I needed—gentle, evidence-based, and totally tailored to my body. I feel stronger than ever and more confident in my workouts. Highly recommend for any new mum!”
“Reformer Pilates Bliss” “Never thought I’d love Pilates so much! Rhiannon’s private reformer sessions at the boutique clinic are exceptional. She teaches perfect alignment and progressions, and I can already see my posture and core strength improve after just a few weeks. A gorgeous space and an even more amazing instructor.”
“Hydrotherapy Healed My Back “I’d struggled with chronic lower-back pain for years until I tried Rhiannon’s hydrotherapy program. The warm water exercises were both kind to my joints and challenging enough to build real core stability. Within two months, my pain levels dropped dramatically, and I feel more mobile than I have in a decade.”
“Convenient Home Visits with All the Gear” “As a busy dad juggling work and two toddlers, finding time to drive to appointments was tough. Rhiannon came to our home park with her equipment and ran a fantastic duo session for my partner and me. Flexible, friendly, and super professional—exactly what we needed to prioritize our health.”
“Group Sessions That Actually Work” “I joined a small group reformer Pilates class and loved how Rhiannon balances individual attention with group energy. The workouts are varied and fun, and I’ve met a great community of supportive people. My flexibility has improved, and I look forward to every session!”
