At your initial appointment—whether you’re beginning a new gym or rehabilitation program, Reformer Pilates, or hydrotherapy—your Exercise Physiologist will conduct a thorough assessment tailored to your needs and goals.

This includes a detailed subjective assessment, where we discuss your medical history, exercise background, and current health status, followed by a comprehensive objective assessment. We will evaluate areas such as muscle strength, mobility, balance, and perform standardised tests relevant to your individual goals and capabilities.

For your convenience, initial assessments can be conducted in your home. Simply wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement during the assessment

  • Conduct fitness and health assessments (e.g., measuring VO2 max, body composition, heart rate).
  • Develop personalised exercise plans based on medical history and fitness goals.
  • Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Educate patients about the benefits of physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
  • Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Our home visit service provides services from Southern Gold Coast down to Pottsville in Northern NSW.

  • Yes we except referrals from your GP, this includes chronic disease management plans (CDM/EPC), D0904 for Department of Veteran Affairs clients. Currently we are offering a no gap payment for all our Medicare and DVA clients.

    We are also able to accept private health rebates if Exercise Physiology is covered under your private health insurance.
