2. Services
We offer exercise physiology, reformer Pilates, and hydrotherapy services delivered via in-clinic appointments, home visits, telehealth, and pool-based sessions. All bookings and service details are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings & Fees
- Consultations & Programs: Fees are as published on our Site or confirmed in writing. Payment is due in advance or at the time of service.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
4. Client Obligations

- Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.
- Follow professional guidance and notify us of any discomfort or adverse reaction.
- Ensure a safe environment for home-visit and hydrotherapy sessions.
- Comply with any additional requirements communicated by our staff.
5. Intellectual Property

Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

our services are not a substitute for medical advice. You must seek medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
